Everything was great - we had such an amazing time. The elevator, which was important to one of our guests, worked beautifully. A short walk to the beach meant we saw the sunrise every morning. Thank you for such an amazing stay.

Beautifully decorated with so many details. Comfortable and fully equipped to host a large number of people. The owners are so attentive and helpful! They really made our first trip to Fenwick Island memorable! We will return yearly!

The units are large and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchens, and dining areas that comfortably seat large gatherings. The location is great just steps to the beach, restaurants, and a convenience store. As we were there in the “off-season” the weather was not ideal for sitting on the beach, but we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub, playing pool and sipping cocktails on the decks and screened in porch. The place was perfect.

The owners were easy to work with. They were responsive all along the way and provided recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc. The house was well stocked with everything you’d need and so was the storage shed. There are plenty of beach chairs, toys, and bicycles. I hope to return one day in the future.

A few notable features of the property are its superb soundproofing, whereby people downstairs might not even be aware of a raucous gathering upstairs (!); its classy artwork and interior decor; and the very practical layout of kitchen, living, and sleeping spaces.

The owners could not have been more helpful and easy to work with. They answered every email within ten minutes. They are very accommodating and really want their guests to have a great experience. The information they provide before you arrive is very thorough and helps make your experience so enjoyable.

This house was perfect for our family getaway. Close to the beach, attractions, shopping, restaurants… etc., but you never had to leave the house if you didn’t want to. Everything you could possibly need was right there, great view, fireplace, balconies, screened in porches, rooftop deck, and even a hot tub.
